Free to all ages and fitness levels, 25/7 Fitness boot camps teach exercise techniques to achieve personal fitness goals. Weekly classes increase cardiovascular fitness, VO2 max, lean muscle body composition, and bring balance to mind, body and spirit. Supporting you to achieve your goals, 25/7 Fitness routines will be adjusted to meet the fitness levels of participants.

Prison Pump was first introduced to Toronto Ontario in 2014 by Founder and Executive Director Jose. Since that time Toronto's team has hosted over 100 classes with an average attendance of 30 participants.
In 2017, 25/7 Fitness expanded its operations to Sudbury Ontario. This summer, our team hosted 36 classes in the Greater Sudbury community in Bell Park, Memorial Park, Frubar Juicery, and Theresa Park.
