Noon Hour Prison Pump

Time-efficient, high-intensity, high-volume exercise camp to get you through the day.

Strength - hiit

This class is a high volume - low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle definition while boosting your cardiovascular fitness. Shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance.

Power Foundations
