This class is a high volume - low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle definition while boosting your cardiovascular fitness. Shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance.

Power is the force behind a movement. This class will focus on the explosive aspects of a lift.
Monday @ 6:00 p.m.
Challenge your body with poses designed to increase your flexibility and stamina. Take a much needed moment for yourself to improve your physical and mental wellness.

Increase cardiovascular fitness, V02 max, lean muscle body composition.
