Free to all ages and fitness levels, Rock Body boot camps teach exercise techniques to achieve personal fitness goals. Weekly boot camps increase cardiovascular fitness, VO2 max, lean muscle body composition, and bring balance to mind, body and spirit. Supporting you to achieve your goals, Rock Body routines will be adjusted to meet the fitness levels of participants.
